[Recipe] Lasagna

Ingredients:
Lasagna sheets (fresh)
Ragu (Manzo or manzo e suino)
Passata di pom.
Sprinkle cheese
Beschamel
Trito di carote, sedano e cipolla

Directions:
In pan brown mince until brown (if using 'trito' add now).
In a large pot bring the passata to boil. Add salt.
Scoop out some tomato sauce and put it in an oven tray.
Pour the mince into the tomato sauce and stir.
Place first lasagna sheet in tray and top it with the mince mixture.
Sprinkle on cheese.
Continue to layer upo the lasagna (make sure to leave enough ragu to top it!)
On top layer, after adding the ragu and sprinkle cheese, top it with beschamel sauce.
Pop it into a pre-heated oven at 200c for about 40 minutes!
Let it sit for a few minutes before cutting into it!
